Job summary

GoSpooky is seeking a Creative Director - Social (Dutch Speaking) to lead a high-caliber content team. You will steer brave, platform-native storytelling, mentor 8–10 creatives, and translate client objectives into bold campaigns that perform.

Reporting to Head of Content, you’ll shape content strategy, stay ahead of social trends, and partner cross-functionally to ensure impactful delivery while maintaining a culture that values diversity, inclusion and fast execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a creative leadership role at a social/creative agency.
• Strong portfolio of high-impact social campaigns.
• Ability to craft high-craft, emotionally engaging content.
• Experience leading a team of creatives.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of content creatives (8–10).
• Oversee and shape content strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Stay ahead of trends and develop social-first content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless execution.
• Present creative visions to clients and secure buy-in.
• Elevate the agency’s creative approach with bold storytelling.
