Job summary

Globalprofessionals in the Netherlands is seeking a senior SDR to own the Benelux outbound motion, reaching scale-ups and multinationals with core cold calls, supported by email and LinkedIn.

You will coach the junior SDRs, help shape the outbound playbook, and collaborate with RevOps on list quality while driving measurable pipeline results for the Head of Growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with clear scope for growth across the business.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in outbound sales where cold calling was central
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Proven track record of quota attainment and conversion improvements

Responsibilities

• Own the Benelux outbound number and high-volume outreach
• Open conversations with hiring managers and HR to book qualified demos
• Coach junior SDRs and help build the outreach playbook
• Collaborate with RevOps on list quality and signals, keep CRM clean
• Report on key metrics like call activity, meetings and conversions
