Job summary

FLOWSERVE B.V. is seeking an experienced IT leader to head SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations across Flowserve plants and locations worldwide. The role requires hands-on project management, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of successful end-to-end ERP deployments.

You will manage design, development, deployment, and maintenance phases, ensure governance, and lead a matrix team of employees and consultants. Strong communication skills and travel up to 50% are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in IT leadership roles (Information Systems Manager, IT Project Manager, etc.).
• 7 years SAP ERP implementation experience, 3 in manufacturing environment.
• 3 full life cycle SAP implementations from requirements to production support.
• Hands-on ERP project management with strong communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP ERP implementations across multiple sites globally.
• Manage project governance, budget, risk, and stakeholder buy-in at top management.
• Coach and supervise project team members and contractors; drive accountability.
• Ensure end-to-end project delivery and standardization of SAP rollout methods.
