Flowserve is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to support the S/4 program, covering SAP FI, CO, VIM/OpenText, and RAR. You will work with global partners and consultants to ensure high-quality financial solutions aligned with governance and statutory requirements.

The role involves driving process standardization, KPI maturity, and data reporting across regions, with significant travel up to 25–50%. Based in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• At least 2–3 SAP implementation life cycles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Leadership capability to lead people, teams, and projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide functional and process expertise across SAP FI, CO, VIM/OpenText, and RAR.
• Support SAP implementation and improvement projects across regions.
• Ensure functional and process quality throughout project lifecycles.
• Partner with SAP consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production support to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support standardization and global business enablement.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide high-quality resolutions.
• Contribute to KPI maturity roadmaps and process improvements.
• Assist data acquisition, normalization, reporting, and publishing.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in finance processes and reporting.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet timelines.
• Travel internationally and domestically up to 25–50%.
