Flowserve in Etten-Leur, Netherlands, seeks an ERP IT Manager to lead SAP S4/HANA ERP implementations across global Flowserve plants. The role combines design, development, deployment, and maintenance with hands-on project leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IS/IT leadership, 7+ years SAP ERP implementation in manufacturing, and strong English communication. Travel about half the time is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience as an Information Systems Manager, IT Project Manager, Application Developer, Systems Analyst, or related occupation.
• 7 years SAP ERP implementation experience in manufacturing.
• 3 full life cycle SAP implementations from requirements to production support.
• 3 years’ experience as a hands-on ERP Project Manager.
• Experience in SAP’s project methodology.
• Adept at communicating with non-technical shop floor personnel.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Willing to travel approximately 50% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP implementations identifying and delivering creative business and technology solutions.
• Manage project risk, planning, budgeting, and governance; secure buy-in from top management.
• Direct day-to-day interactions with business management and sponsors.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors; drive accountability.
• Ensure end-to-end governance and standardization of SAP deployments across Flowserve.
