Job summary

Circularise, a supply chain traceability platform, seeks an experienced Implementation & Delivery Lead in The Netherlands. You will own project delivery, coordinate integration efforts, and guide onboarding from kickoff to go-live, ensuring alignment across customer IT teams and Circularise engineers.

You will translate customer processes into actionable requirements, manage risks, and drive scalable delivery models while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS implementation, enterprise onboarding, or integration support.
• Structured planning and clear communication with disciplined follow-up.
• Able to discuss APIs, data mappings, and testing flows with technical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise software rollouts with UAT and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from kickoff to go-live and maintain project plans.
• Lead weekly project meetings and provide executive progress updates.
• Coordinate integration design, testing, and issue triage across teams.
• Prepare onboarding sessions, training, and user guidance throughout rollout.
• Surface risks early and align Sales, Product, and Engineering on priorities.
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, and documentation to scale delivery.
