Job summary

Seqirus is seeking an Associate Director, RWE Science to lead real-world evidence programs globally for vaccines within the CORE group. You will shape RWE strategy and collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Market Access, and external partners to support regulatory and reimbursement decisions.

You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee study design and execution, and drive high-quality evidence packages, publications, and presentations across regions.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD or Master in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related field.
• 8–10 years epidemiology or outcomes research, 5+ years in pharma/biotech.
• Experience designing and analyzing prospective and retrospective studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution and oversight of multicenter RWE studies across vaccine programs.
• Develop and implement global RWE research plans and alignment with CORE strategy.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
