Qualifications

5+ years of software development in backend or full-stack roles.
3+ years with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure.
Experience with containerization and CI/CD tooling.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring and logging.

Responsibilities

Develop, refactor and maintain Rails applications with focus on scalability and performance.
Improve architecture and contribute to technical decisions.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and work on containerization/orchestration.
