Qualifications
5+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack software development.
At least 3+ years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Experience with DevOps principles and infrastructure.
Experience with Docker and CI/CD tooling.
Experience with monitoring, logging and performance optimization.
Familiarity with agile software development (TDD, BDD, continuous delivery).
A clear vision on building structured, scalable and maintainable systems.
The ability to coach colleagues and actively share knowledge.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation during office hours.
Responsibilities
Develop, refactor and maintain Ruby on Rails applications with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
Improve the technical architecture and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and work on containerization and orchestration.
Monitor applications and improve logging, metrics and tracing.
Increase the stability, security and reliability of our applications.
