Job summary

Nedap’s Caren team is seeking a Junior/Medior Full-Stack Ruby Developer to enhance a healthcare platform used by nearly one million people. You will contribute across the development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, delivering secure and scalable software.

You will work on features enabling collaboration between clients, families, and healthcare professionals, while owning the end-to-end process and maintaining data privacy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and full-stack development.
• Frontend and backend work across the stack.
• Experience with security, privacy, and reliability in healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Product development for Caren platform.
• Ownership of the full development lifecycle from UX to release.
• Ensure quality, security and privacy of software.
• Improve performance and scalability for ~1M users.
• Participate in on-call rotation when needed.
• Collaborate with Nedap Healthcare teams.
