Job summary

Landal is seeking a Risk & Controls Manager to own and mature the internal controls program, aligning with strategy, risk appetite and regulatory obligations. You will finalise design for Tier A-C processes, expand control coverage and drive the three-lines-of-defence model across the organisation.

You will partner with the CFO, Shared Service Center leads and directors to embed risk ownership, governance, and internal audit support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in internal controls, risk management, audit, or compliance.
• Experience designing or maturing control frameworks in complex environments.
• Comfortable operating under audit scrutiny and governance expectations.
• Skilled stakeholder manager who can influence at all levels.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and structured, with a strategic mindset.
• Experience with GRC tooling and data-driven approaches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and complete the internal controls framework, finalising design and documentation for Tier A, B and C processes.
• Expand control coverage and ensure accurate process flows and control matrices.
• Lead maturity roadmaps from design to remediation, testing and continuous improvement.
• Implement, test and monitor controls aligned with COSO and ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Clarify ownership and accountability for control execution and reporting.
• Establish enterprise-level reporting and dashboards to monitor control health.
• Develop governance for internal controls, ERM and internal audit; support annual planning.
