Job summary

Landal GreenParks is seeking a Risk & Controls Manager to oversee the enterprise risk management and internal controls framework. Responsibilities include finalising the internal controls design and promoting governance structures. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in risk management and audit, alongside a relevant degree. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal controls, risk management, audit, or compliance.
• Strong background in designing or maturing control frameworks in complex environments.
• Comfortable operating under audit scrutiny and governance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Finalise design and documentation for Tier A, B, and C processes.
• Lead the maturity roadmap from design to implementation, remediation, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Establish enterprise-level reporting mechanisms and dashboards.
