Job summary

RLB Europe is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead the risk and change management function for a large-scale data centre project in the Netherlands. You will establish risk and change frameworks, manage the Early Warning process, and ensure governance alignment with client objectives.

Working with the client, delivery teams, and contractors, you will promote industry best practice and deliver robust reporting and proactive risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Membership of a relevant professional body (APM/IRM/PMI) or equivalent.
• Working towards or holding professional certifications such as APM Risk Certificate, IRM Certificate, PMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate risk identification workshops with key stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain the project risk register and monitor risks and opportunities.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments; track actions to completion.
• Coordinate Change Control Board meetings and maintain the project change register.
• Monitor changes and ensure governance and reporting across the project lifecycle.
