Job summary

Landal GreenParks is seeking a Risk & Controls Manager to own and mature the internal controls framework, ensuring governance and risk alignment across the organization. You will lead the design, testing, and embedding of control activities and drive remediation across key processes in a multi-site environment.

The role emphasizes building a sustainable three-lines-of-defence model, partnering with the CFO, and guiding governance, ERM, and internal audit to support long-term strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal controls, risk management, audit, or compliance.
• Strong background in designing or maturing control frameworks in complex environments.
• Comfortable operating under audit scrutiny and governance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and complete the Internal Controls Framework across Tier A, B, and C processes.
• Expand control coverage and maintain accurate process flows and RCMS.
• Lead the maturity roadmap from design to implementation, remediation, testing, and continuous improvement.
