Job summary

Odyssey Hotel Group seeks a Senior Revenue Manager to lead revenue and distribution strategy across a multi-property portfolio in the Netherlands. You will shape pricing, segmentation, and inventory, while guiding regional hotel teams and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive strong commercial performance.

Your analytics-driven leadership will influence budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in hotel revenue management, ideally with multi-property or regional responsibility.
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced revenue management education is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch language is a plus.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of revenue management principles, distribution landscape, and market dynamics.
High proficiency with revenue management systems, BI tools, and analytical platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage complex priorities, and lead initiatives across multiple properties.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously refine revenue strategies to maximize total revenue and profitability across the portfolio.
Act as a senior advisor to hotel leadership teams, providing guidance on commercial strategy and market positioning.
Monitor and interpret market trends, competitor behavior, and demand patterns to inform strategic decisions.
Lead complex data analysis to identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risks.
Oversee the creation of detailed performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and monthly outlooks.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in forecasting models and methodologies.
Oversee daily and long-term rate and inventory strategies across all distribution channels.
Ensure optimal channel mix, pricing integrity, and content accuracy.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial strategies.
Support development of promotional strategies and distribution initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and intermediaries.
Ensure optimal use of revenue management systems, tools, and reporting platforms.
Drive continuous improvement in revenue management processes and standards.
