Job summary

The Social Hub, hiring through Hosco, seeks a Senior Revenue Manager to steer the financial strategy across three locations in Europe. You will translate targets into daily wins for each property by aligning data, pricing, and local operations.

Bring 3+ years in revenue management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills; Power BI, MEWS, and FLYR experience are a plus. English fluency is required; Dutch is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Revenue Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in econometrics, hotel management, or tourism.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with MEWS and FLYR is a bonus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an extra edge.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue strategy, budget, and forecasting for 3 properties.
• Set smart pricing strategies and optimize the business mix across channels.
• Analyze demand trends to capture revenue opportunities.
• Spot risks and opportunities early with local leaders to act quickly.
• Join key meetings to align sales, triangle, and revenue goals.
• Maintain a helicopter view of performance with modern reporting tools.
• Share knowledge and support team members along the way.
