Job summary

Super Technologies is seeking a Senior Release Platform Engineer to join the Release Engineering team in the Netherlands. You will build the paved roads for code from commit to production, shaping CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, and deployment automation across Go, Erlang, Elixir, and JavaScript/TypeScript stacks.

You’ll focus on reliability, observability, and developer productivity, partnering with product teams to remove bottlenecks and simplify delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on with CI/CD, release tooling, developer platforms
• Ability to work across different tech stacks and learn quickly
• Experience with containerised or cloud-native systems such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps
• Practical platform mindset focusing on adoption, reliability, and observability
• Good operational instincts including incident response and monitoring

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve platform capabilities used to get code from commit to production
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, deployment automation, and observability
• Consolidate delivery patterns across multiple stacks
• Improve feedback loops, builds, tests, and deployment signals
• Embed quality and safety into default delivery paths
• Define contracts for platform capabilities and how to extend them
• Partner with product teams to identify and fix slow delivery areas
• Participate in operational ownership and on-call readiness
