Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior/Lead Recruiter based in the Netherlands. This fully remote role covers Europe, leading end-to-end recruitment for priority roles and partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders.

You will own sourcing, talent mapping, structured assessments, and candidate closing, using data to improve hiring outcomes. You will shape processes and play a central role in scaling the organization across Europe.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience across fast-moving environments.
• Proven ability to source proactively and build talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience using structured interviewing and evidence-based assessments.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring metrics.
• Ownership mindset with autonomy in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for priority roles across European markets.
• Build proactive pipelines via direct sourcing and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into search strategies.
• Define role outcomes, scorecards, and structured interview processes.
• Assess candidates rigorously and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Manage candidate journey from outreach to offer and close.
• Use data to improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes.
• Lead senior and confidential searches when required.
• Advise on market conditions and sourcing strategies.
• Contribute to better recruitment processes and tooling.
