Job summary

Organon Northwest Europe is seeking a Senior Technician, Quality to perform complex analyses and manage both routine and non-routine requests. The role requires independent planning, prioritization, and development of non-standard analytical approaches using diverse techniques.

The incumbent will review and approve results, maintain GMP documentation, and support audits while collaborating with colleagues in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently, be decisive, and pay attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex routine and non-routine analytical testing.
• Conduct analyses of APIs, raw materials, reference standards, cleaning validation samples and related materials.
• Review and approve analytical results; prepare and review protocols and reports.
• Identify, document, and initiate investigations of deviations.
• Update GMP documentation and support audits.
