Job summary

Organon is seeking an Associate Specialist Analytical Method Validation (AMV) for Quality Control to coordinate testing activities, review results, and prepare validation protocols. You will lead validation projects, train staff, and support audits in a fast-paced lab environment.

The role requires a 5+ year analytical lab background, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong communication, training and organizational skills in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with critical, accurate thinking.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong training, coaching and knowledge-transfer skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive attitude.
• Results-oriented, quality-focused and customer/service-oriented.
• Minimum 5 years in an analytical laboratory environment.
• Experience with analytical method validation and verification is desirable.
• Serves as an analytical/technical SME with broad knowledge of methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize operational activities for timely testing and reporting.
• Review and approve analytical results, protocols and reports.
• Prepare validation protocols and validation reports.
• Oversee validation/verification activities and act as Change Owner when needed.
• Train laboratory personnel in QC procedures and protocols; mentor interns.
• Identify deviations, implement CAPAs, and support audits.
• Provide scientific justification for atypical results and trends.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement of QC processes.
