Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Specialist, QC Analytical to conduct method transfer and routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples in a fast-paced QC environment.

You will review GMP documentation, perform QC dispositions, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance. A science degree with 4+ years of analytical testing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Regulatory and cGMP requirements must be understood and applied accurately.
• Demonstrated technical writing skills.
• Advanced knowledge of LIMS, Document Management and Quality Management systems preferred.
• High problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management about task status and needs.
• Experience in fast-paced team environments with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform method transfer/validation and routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• Troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance.
• Review GMP documentation and perform QC disposition of SOTR.
• Execute document revision, CAPA and deviation/investigation tasks.
• Train and mentor others on QC test methods and GMP processes.
• Support QC laboratories with additional tasks as required.
