Flint Global, Ltd. is seeking a senior policy and client advisory professional to lead day-to-day delivery for clients, drawing on deep Dutch policy knowledge and strong analytical skills.

The role involves managing client accounts, guiding junior staff, and identifying growth opportunities across public and regulatory topics. The successful candidate will fluently speak Dutch and English, have extensive experience from government, regulator, consultancy or think-tank environments, and excel at

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of Dutch public policy and how politics, regulation and economics interact in business decisions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to distill complex issues into clear advice.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including to senior stakeholders and non-specialist audiences.
• Experience in managing project teams and supporting development of others.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with personal drive and organization.
• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day delivery of client work with clear, actionable advice grounded in policy and regulatory developments.
• Manage client accounts and relationships, providing strategic insights to clients.
• Continuously develop understanding of policy, politics, regulatory, competition and commercial developments for clients.
• Lead and support junior colleagues, delegate effectively, and maintain high standards of analysis and insight.
• Identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
