Job summary

Flint Global, Ltd. is a leading global strategy consultancy seeking an experienced policy and regulatory strategist in Amsterdam. You will lead client work, analyse Dutch public policy, and guide teams to deliver high-quality insights.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing strategic insights, and contributing to proposals. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with other EU languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Dutch public policy and how politics and regulation shape business decisions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with concise advisory output.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring others.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of client work with clear, actionable guidance.
• Manage client accounts and relationships, providing strategic insights.
• Continuously develop understanding of policy, politics, regulation, competition and commercial developments.
• Lead and support junior colleagues, delegate effectively, and ensure high standards of analysis.
• Identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients and contribute to proposals.
