Flint Global, Ltd. is seeking a senior policy and client advisory professional to lead day-to-day delivery for clients, drawing on deep Dutch policy knowledge and strong analytical skills.

The role involves managing client accounts, guiding junior staff, and identifying growth opportunities across public and regulatory topics. The successful candidate will fluently speak Dutch and English, have extensive experience from government, regulator, consultancy or think-tank environments, and excel at

• Strong written and verbal communication, including to senior stakeholders and non-specialist audiences.

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Lead day-to-day delivery of client work, providing clear, actionable advice informed by a strong understanding of political, policyand regulatory developments.

• Client account
  management: Take on responsibility for managing client accounts and client relationships, providing strategic insights to clients.

• Policy and Political Analysis: Continuously developing and enhancing understanding of the policy, politics, regulatory, competition and commercial developments of interest to clients.

• Team Leadership: Manage and support junior colleagues, delegate effectively,provide guidance and feedback,and help ensure high standards
  ofanalysis,policy advice and insight across teams.

• Business Development: Identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clientsand contribute to proposalsandthought leadershipmaterial.

What we are looking for - skills & experience

We are seeking candidates with6+years’ experience of working at the Dutch government, regulator, political advisory, consultancy, think-tanks, public bodies or in-housepolicy or strategy team.

You should be able to demonstrate (“essential criteria”):

• A strong understanding of Dutch public policy, and how politics, regulation and economics interact in shaping business decisions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to distil complex issues into clear, concise advice.

• Strongwritten and verbalcommunication skills, including with senior stakeholders and in writing for non-specialist audiences.

• Experience of managing project teams and supporting the development of others.

• Personal drive, strong organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English are required. Knowledge of other EU languages is a big plus.
