Job summary

DNV is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal and Bid Support Advisor to join the Customer Relations and Business Development team in Market Area BeNeLux. Arnhem, Netherlands-based, full-time permanent role within Energy Systems.

You will coordinate complex proposals, support Key Account Managers and collaborate with legal, technical and sales teams to deliver compelling, compliant bids. The role requires a track record in proposals and tender processes, strong writing and project-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in proposals, bids or tenders for external customers.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary proposal processes.
• Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to turn technical/commercial info into clear proposals.
• Excellent organisational and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Customer-focused, commercially aware with attention to detail and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with public or EU-regulated tenders or CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-qualifications, bids and frame agreements to support business growth.
• Administer tender portals and capture leads from external sources.
• Support Key Account Managers and Bid Managers with large, complex bids.
• Analyze bid requirements and evaluation criteria to craft competitive proposals.
• Lead preparation and submission of high-quality bid documents on time.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and legal teams to gather inputs for proposals.
• Organise bid review meetings and implement feedback to improve future bids.
• Maintain a repository of bid documents, templates and standard responses.
