Job summary

ATG Europe is seeking a Project Management, Coordination and Planning Support professional to assist ESA CIP projects in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. You will support scheduling, risk management and data reporting for the Head of BUC & PMSO CIP Office, helping ensure coherent, timely and cost-effective project execution.

The role requires a Master’s degree and several years of planning, CADM/data control and configuration management experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling and control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedule and risk support, ensuring common approaches and tools are used.
• Provide schedule control monitoring for industrial consortia against baselines.
• Analyze schedules using KPIs and prepare performance deviation reports.
• Conduct advanced schedule analysis including critical path and float assessments.
• Offer expert schedule and risk input during major procurement reviews and technical milestones.
• Contribute to defining and updating Schedule and Risk Management Plans.
• Set up and configure schedule and risk tools with project control teams.
• Support project teams in scheduling and risk management processes.
• Assist book captain for schedule management and document configuration control.
• Coordinate schedule/risk meetings with ESA project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify critical activities and propose improvements or recovery actions.
• Run what-if simulations to aid management decisions.
• Maintain trend charts and reporting templates aligned with best practices.
• Develop risk-adjusted schedules and ensure transversal implementation across CIP.
