Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our European Professional Services team. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country SaaS implementations across Europe with autonomy and direct impact on client satisfaction and the Sovos brand.

Based in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Spain (remote possible), you will coordinate cross-functional resources, manage scope and risk, and drive successful deployment of e-invoicing and tax compliance projects for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Delivered enterprise SaaS implementations in a client-facing Professional Services environment (tax compliance, e-invoicing, regulatory tech).
• Managed multi-country deployments across multiple time zones for enterprise clients.
• Experience with retainer-based PS engagements, scope control, and change order discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management with commercial acumen in project delivery, revenue recognition and margin.
• Proficient with project management tools; PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fluency in English; French, German, Dutch, Spanish or Polish are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for enterprise e-invoicing and tax compliance implementations across multiple EMEA countries.
• Serve as primary point of contact and escalation for client stakeholders throughout engagement.
• Lead structured project governance with weekly status meetings and monthly steering.
• Manage project scope, document change orders, track hours against retainer.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver commitments.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, risk/issue logs, and status reports; surface risks early.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and templates.
