Job summary

Action is a fast-growing non-food discounter with more than 3,500 stores in 16 countries. As Technology Project Manager – Technology, you will drive technology projects that support Action's growth and transformation.

This role is for someone who takes ownership, creates momentum, and turns complex plans into concrete results. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams across Technology and the business, ensuring value delivery while handling scope, planning, budget, risks, dependencies, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent level of education is required.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programmes.
• Experience delivering business-critical initiatives, preferably in international organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end delivery of technology projects.
• Translate business objectives into clear project outcomes and delivery plans.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, obstacles, and dependencies.
• Drive decisions and ensure delivery remains on track.
• Manage scope, planning, budget, resources, and stakeholder alignment.
