Job summary

JDE Peet’s seeks a Global Perfect Store Excellence Manager to drive scalable frameworks, governance, and KPIs for perfect store execution across 40+ markets. You will lead international projects, collaborate with Marketing, IT, and procurement, and build a community of experts to raise retail standards globally.

You will influence without direct authority, shape global tools, and monitor performance to push continuous improvements in both physical and digital retail environments.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or related commercial function.
• Strong expertise in Perfect Store, retail execution, category management, or in-store excellence frameworks, with experience delivering execution improvements at scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and international projects while influencing diverse stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience with planogram solutions, retail execution analytics, POSM development, or similar commercial execution tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, combined with a structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.
• International mindset with a passion for building capabilities, leading communities, and driving continuous improvement across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Perfect Store strategy by developing scalable frameworks, execution standards, KPIs, and governance across offline and online channels.
• Drive excellence in retail execution by leading global initiatives across planograms, POSM, display standards, SRP, and MSL methodologies.
• Build and continuously improve global tools, processes, and best practices that enable consistent execution and measurable commercial impact across markets.
• Lead and grow a global community of Category Management, Shopper Marketing, and Sales teams through capability building, best practice sharing, training sessions, and engagement events.
• Partner closely with cross-functional global functions including Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Procurement, IT, and local commercial teams to ensure successful adoption of Perfect Store initiatives.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and champion continuous innovation to strengthen retail execution excellence globally.
