Van Lanschot Kempen in Amsterdam seeks a Project Manager – Private Markets to lead strategic initiatives across wholesale, institutional and private banking value chains. You bring a completed master’s degree, 8–10 years’ experience in Private Markets, and familiarity with AI-powered tools.

Lead strategic projects focussed on Private Markets across client value chains. Work at the heart of change within investment management and private banking. Connect people and expertise to deliver material impact.

That is what you will use your talents for as a Project Manager – Private Markets at Van Lanschot Kempen. You coordinate, lead, and plan projects across wholesale, institutional, and private banking client chains, including strategic organisational improvements and the implementation of new laws and regulations. Together with internal and external experts, you steer projects from impact assessment to execution and help bring complex initiatives reach a successful conclusion. This particular role is focussed on Private Markets, where you will be the project manager for managing projects within Private Markets at Van Lanschot Kempen to facilitate scalable growth.

You have the following tasks:

• Facilitate impact assessment for initiatives across the value chain within private Markets.
• Draw up project plans for effective execution.
• Build and steer project teams in line with the project plan.
• Coordinate execution together with the project team.
• Monitor progress, escape where needed, and contribute towards content expertise

• a gross monthly salary between € 5,500 and € 7,000, commensurate with your knowledge and experience.
