Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Pre-Construction) for data centres in Amsterdam. You will lead complex pre-construction activities, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with milestones, governance and client expectations.

You will manage project controls, risk, procurement coordination and stakeholder engagement, while driving a high-performing team. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and fluency in Dutch or French as part of client

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, infrastructure or complex construction projects.
• Experience in client-side, consultancy or PMC environment.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholder teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Experience in project controls, risk management, governance and procurement coordination.
• Understand planning, permitting and authority engagement processes.
• Able to navigate complex governance and stage-gate approvals.
• Capable of driving project outcomes while building client relationships.
• Speak Dutch or French.
• Degree or equivalent in Engineering/Construction/PM.

• Have experience in project controls, risk management, governance and procurement coordination.
• Understand planning, permitting and authority engagement processes.
• Are comfortable operating within complex governance and stage-gate approval environments.
• Are capable of driving project outcomes whilst building trusted client relationships.
• Have a degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Speak Dutch or French

It would be great if you also:

• Have data centre or mission-critical project experience.
• Have experience working on projects within Belgium, the Netherlands or wider Europe.
• Have experience managing utility and regulatory stakeholder interfaces.
• Have experience supporting procurement and contract formation activities.
