Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Project Manager Integration to lead ELV and technical infrastructure integration for data centre projects. You will coordinate with design consultants, contractors and client teams to ensure successful handover, feasibility reviews and operational readiness.

The role emphasizes strong relationship building, proactive risk management, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have Electrical Engineering background with ELV/LV systems

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrical Engineer with experience delivering ELV/LV systems for data centres (telecoms, fiber, security, BMS).
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction discipline.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and build strong client and team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate project closeout documentation and ensure client requirements are met for handover.
• Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and client teams for constructability/feasibility reviews.
• Support handover and operational readiness planning.
• Identify and manage scopes, schedules, and interfaces among stakeholders.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards across all contractors.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Consolidate required project closeout documentation and ensure all client requirements are met to achieve project completion and handover.
• Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and client teams to conduct constructability and feasibility reviews.
• Support the development and execution of project handover and operational readiness plans.
• Identify and manage project scopes, dependencies, schedules, and interfaces between key stakeholders.
• Ensure contractors establish, implement, and maintain exemplary health, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead all integration activities relating to ELV and technical infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between construction, commissioning, operations, and client teams.
• Track project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure all systems are integrated, tested, commissioned, and handed over in line with client standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to safely deliver capacity to the client on time and within budget.
