Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Project Controls Manager for a major European data centre build in Groningen. You will lead cost control, scheduling, and estimating with a strong emphasis on data management improvements and clear communication with external partners.

You will evaluate current processes, negotiate pricing agreements, and keep stakeholders updated with monthly reports, schedules, and risk assessments, ensuring best value for clients and high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience implementing cost and schedule management processes.
  • Understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project coding structures.
  • Experience in cost control, scheduling and estimating on projects.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners.
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks.
  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients.

The Opportunity
  • Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks
  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
We would love to hear from you if you:
  • Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures
  • Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required
