Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a Senior Project Manager Engineering to lead national and international CAPEX projects for seed processing facilities, driving business cases, scopes, budgets, and schedules while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, apply Stage-Gate, LEAN, and continuous improvement, and travel domestically and internationally as needed. This role emphasizes sustainable, future-ready solutions and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of Stage-Gate, LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead stakeholders through change.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing business requirements and project objectives.
• Defining project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams through the full lifecycle.
• Monitoring progress, quality, risks and changes.
