Enza Zaden seeks a Global Manager Production to lead the global seed production strategy and execution for the Mid-Tech Business Dynamic.
You will build production capabilities, lead a high-performing team, and ensure reliable seed supply worldwide to support the company’s mission: “Breeding to feed the world.” You will report to the VP Production and work with cross-functional teams to align long-term objectives with production execution, while driving continuous improvement and delivering
Qualifications
- Master's degree and 12+ years in seed production or seed supply chain.
- Experience leading international cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Dutch.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global seed production strategy and execution.
- Ensure right quantity, quality, timing and cost of seed production.
- Drive continuous improvement and performance monitoring across markets.
- Collaborate with Business Dynamic leadership, Supply Chain, R&D and commercial teams.
