Job summary
Enza Zaden is seeking a Global Manager Production to lead the global seed production strategy and execute the Mid-Tech Business Dynamics objectives. You will build production capabilities, run a high-performing team, and ensure reliable seed supply worldwide.
Reporting to the VP Production, you will develop and implement production plans, drive cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial teams, and push continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Seed Production, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of seed production/seed supply chain experience in international environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a production team to achieve business goals.
- Oversee supplier performance with Global Contract Manager.
- Ensure compliance with quality, phytosanitary, IP, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop production strategy and implement operational plans for the crop portfolio.
- Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional communication.
