Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a (Sr.) Project Manager responsible for pre and post technical sales activities in new and existing opportunities. You will work with Engineering, Sales and Extended teams to ensure design proposals meet customer requirements for onsite server rack installations.

The role requires coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to manage schedules, conduct site surveys, and ensure best practices for data center deployments. Travel heavily is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or program management for onsite server rack installations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales and FAE teams to understand customer requirements and project scopes.
• Collaborate to produce design proposals and delivery plans for onsite rack installations.
• Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to prepare materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with integration and production teams for timelines and deployment.
• Oversee project schedules and provide daily/weekly status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct customer meetings to discuss status, timelines, and rack deployment needs.
