Job summary

PM Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the office project management team, owning end-to-end delivery from concept to handover. You will oversee safety, technical and commercial performance, and the development of execution and compliance plans for major site investment projects.

The role requires a primary honours degree, PM qualifications, and extensive experience across disciplines. You will manage risk, drive schedule adherence, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering/Construction/Science or related discipline.
PM professional qualification and registration with a recognised body.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with 50,000–100,000 man-hours managed.

Responsibilities

Safe execution of all phases of the project.
Overall responsibility for technical/commercial delivery and execution of a task.
Define PM Group’s scope of work and how the project will be delivered within the available PM Group budget.
Coordinate the design between all disciplines including sub-contractors and site team.
Prepare Project Monthly Internal Report (PMIR) for PM Group Management and ensure early notification of significant project issues.
