Job summary

Our Client in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Project Manager to control the full construction process from feasibility to delivery of large-scale projects. You will lead the project team, manage budgets, and act as the client representative across multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality delivery, with governance and stakeholder management at the core.

You will be embedded on-site full-time in Amsterdam, coordinating with external contractors, suppliers and consultants to drive

Responsibilities

Set up the strategic programme and ensure it is achieved by foreseeing issues and guiding the team.
Lead the project team (client, contractors, suppliers) and manage multi-project delivery.
Guard the project budget and monitor financial performance and governance.
Establish project organization and contract setup, sometimes with the client's legal team.
Provide strategic advice to the client and manage tender processes.
Attend meetings as client representative and capture accurate minutes.
Identify risks early and maintain the risk register with mitigation plans.
Inform the client with weekly progress reports and strategic review meetings.
