Zusammenfassung

Airbus Netherlands B.V. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead project realization within the Airbus Netherlands portfolio. You will report to the Director of Operations and supervise a cross-functional team of approximately 5–15 staff.

You will develop and execute project plans, manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and ensure client alignment. Strong English required; Dutch preferred. Fixed-term contract, 40 hours weekly, Amsterdam area.

Qualifikationen

• Academic or HBO degree (technical background preferred).
• 2-5+ years of experience as a project lead/manager in a technical environment.
• English communication skills required; Dutch preferred (spoken & written).

Aufgaben

• Prepare, coordinate, and content of proposals for new contract opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and execute the overall project plan (scope, WBS, schedule, processes).
• Ensure resources are available and lead a 5–15 person project team.
• Establish and maintain project agreements with Work Package Managers.
• Monitor performance against schedule, cost, quality, scope, and risk.
• Maximize profitability through cost control and risk mitigation.
• Provide regular project reporting to management and clients.
• Identify improvements in processes and drive implementation with stakeholders.
