Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager (Civil Infrastructure) for Zevenbergen, Netherlands. The role focuses on ownership of delivery, coordination, and stakeholder management across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering background and 5+ years' experience delivering tunnels, bridges, or other large-scale civil projects, with 4–5 on-site days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Desirable)
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience on tunnel, bridge, underpass, rail, highway, or complex civil structure projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project controls
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Zevenbergen 4-5 days per week

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects? We are supporting a major infrastructure development in the Zevenbergen area and are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take ownership of delivery, coordination, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would suit someone who thrives in challenging construction environments and has experience leading the successful delivery of tunnel, bridge, underpass, or large-scale civil engineering projects.
