SA EXECUTIVE is recruiting on behalf of a client for a challenging Project Manager role in the Netherlands. The position focuses on coordinating and executing complex infrastructure projects such as tunnels, floors, temporary scaffolding, embankments, and quay walls.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage 5–15 projects simultaneously, each with a typical duration of ~2 months.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (logistics, production, finance, suppliers, customers, and distributors) to ensure on‑time delivery and margin compliance.
• Procure services and materials (e.g., road/water transport, fabrication, painting). Determine exact material quantities and specifications.
• Maintain daily administrative records, adjust backlogs and plans for forecasting, and generate progress reports for customers.
• Handle invoicing and ensure correct delivery of final documentation, certificates, and shipping documents.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in project management and/or logistics for infrastructure or construction projects.
• Hbo diploma preferred.
• Hands‑on mentality and proactive information gathering.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
