Job summary

IntES International Engineering Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects in a hybrid role based in North Brabant, Netherlands. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, oversee EPCm activities, manage risks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across international collaborations.

The role requires experience in expediting, logistics, and quality assurance within process industries such as Food & Beverage, Chemical, or Fine Chemicals.

Qualifications

• Must have project leadership experience on multi-disciplinary engineering or EPCm projects.
• Experience in expediting vendor deliverables and ensuring timely supply.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality checks for engineered systems.
• Logistics management including transport, scheduling and material flows.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Chemical, Fine Chemicals or related process industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management with focus on safety and delivery.
• Excellent communication in English; comfortable with international teams in a hybrid setup.

The role

As Senior Project Manager you lead complex engineering projects from initiation through completion, on scope, on budget, on schedule and to quality requirements. This is a full-time hybrid role based in North Brabant, Netherlands, with some work-from-home flexibility.

• Knowledge of inspection processes, coordinating quality checks and technical compliance for engineered systems and components
• Logistics management skills: transport, scheduling and material flows
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage, Chemical, Fine Chemicals or related process industries
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with international teams, with clear communication in English
