Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for a growing renewable energy and sustainable technology business in the Netherlands. You will coordinate projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets while managing planning, scheduling, resources and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires EPC project management experience or BESS/renewables knowledge, Dutch language proficiency, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• EPC Project Management background.
• 2-8 years of industry knowledge; renewable energy exposure is a plus.
• BESS/renewable energy knowledge is acceptable.
• Dutch is essential.
• German language is beneficial.
• Non-Dutch speakers will not be considered.

Job description

We are currently searching for a Project Manager!

The company are a growing renewable energy and sustainable technology business, delivering solutions that support the transition toward cleaner and more efficient energy systems.

As a project manager, you are responsible for coordinating projects from planning through to completion. You will be required to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

You would be required to manage project planning and scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder management, risk and issue management whilst maintaining communication between internal teams and external partners.

Start: November/December 2026 and/or January/February 2027

Languages: English and Dutch

Specification

• EPC Project Management background
• 2-6/8 years of industry knowledge
• Or, BESS/Renewable knowledge
• Experience seeing projects through feasibility to execution
• Dutch is essential
• German is beneficial
