Job summary

IntES International Engineering Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects in a hybrid role based in North Brabant, Netherlands. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, oversee EPCm activities, manage risks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across international collaborations.

The role requires experience in expediting, logistics, and quality assurance within process industries such as Food & Beverage, Chemical, or Fine Chemicals.

Qualifications

• Must have project leadership experience on multi-disciplinary engineering or EPCm projects.
• Experience in expediting vendor deliverables and ensuring timely supply.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality checks for engineered systems.
• Logistics management including transport, scheduling and material flows.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Chemical, Fine Chemicals or related process industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management with focus on safety and delivery.
• Excellent communication in English; comfortable with international teams in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams and manage stakeholders.
• Oversee EPCm activities and plan project phases.
• Monitor progress and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Supervise procurement and expediting, working with logistics and inspection teams.
• Report on project performance and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
• Act as key client contact, with clear communication and strong, professional relationships.
