Q8Truck is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to turn strategy into action across our Rotterdam and Antwerp offices. You’ll connect people, processes, and technology to deliver complex transformation programs in a hybrid setup.

With a master’s degree and 7+ years in project coordination, you’ll manage scope, budget, risks, and change management, coaching teams and aligning stakeholders in Dutch and English. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least seven years of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Prince2 or another project management methodology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, managing scope, planning, and progress.
• Develop robust business cases with stakeholders and keep projects aligned to value.
• Guide organizational change and coach teams to adopt new ways of working.
• Keep risks and budgets under control and take action when adjustments are needed.
• Strengthen project teams by coaching colleagues and supporting development.
• Connect stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners to align goals.
