Overview

Do you have 10 years of experience as a project manager, with a proven track record of successfully completing multiple complex projects? We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Rotterdam.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience as a project manager, with a proven track record of successfully completing multiple complex projects.
• Experience with traditional project management methods (PMI, PRINCE2) and with agile/DevOps ways of working.
• Experience with ERP systems and integrations between an ERP system and other dependent systems.
• A completed university education.

Job Description

• Project Leadership: You are ultimately responsible for the success of the optimization and redesign of the Asset Life Cycle process. You will lead the project team, create and monitor planning, capacity, and budgets.
• Stakeholder & Partner Management: You will organize decision-making and actively involve managers and employees from the relevant departments. You will also manage the implementation partner, ensuring they deliver on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
• Change Management: You will help colleagues prepare for and manage the change needed to successfully implement process and system changes, using methods such as Prosci ADKAR.
• Risk Management: You will identify, coordinate, and resolve risks and problems, escalating them to the steering committee with recommendations when necessary.
