Job summary

Q8Truck International is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to drive transformative mobility projects from concept to delivery. You will bridge strategy and execution, coordinating business, IT, and external partners to achieve measurable results in a dynamic, transforming organization.

The role requires a master’s degree and 7+ years in project coordination/management, with experience in digital transformation and strong Dutch/English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, business, or related field.
• At least seven years of experience in project coordination/management.
• Experience with digital transformation projects and new technologies.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish and ensure delivery.
• Manage scope, planning, and progress with stakeholders.
• Develop strong business cases with stakeholders and keep focused on results.
• Guide organizational change and ensure adoption by people.
• Coach teams, address resistance, and embed new ways of working.
• Keep risks and budgets under control and address issues early.
• Manage project budgets and take action when adjustments are needed.
• Strengthen project teams and support their development.
• Connect stakeholders—align business, IT and partners toward shared goals.
