Q8Truck is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to turn strategy into action across our Rotterdam and Antwerp offices. You’ll connect people, processes, and technology to deliver complex transformation programs in a hybrid setup.

With a master’s degree and 7+ years in project coordination, you’ll manage scope, budget, risks, and change management, coaching teams and aligning stakeholders in Dutch and English. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least seven years of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Prince2 or another project management methodology is essential.

This is you

You hold a master's degree in economics, business, or a related field, or you've built an equivalent level of expertise through experience. You have at least seven years of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role. You feel at home in digital transformation projects and enjoy working with new technologies. You easily switch between strategic thinking and operational execution. You confidently manage suppliers and challenge them when needed to achieve the best results. You bring structure, clarity, and calm to complex situations. You know how to bring people along with change—not by pushing, but by convincing and inspiring. You enjoy collaborating with others and communicate openly and directly. Experience with Prince2, or another project management methodology is essential. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
