Q8Truck International is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to drive transformative mobility projects from concept to delivery. You will bridge strategy and execution, coordinating business, IT, and external partners to achieve measurable results in a dynamic, transforming organization.

The role requires a master’s degree and 7+ years in project coordination/management, with experience in digital transformation and strong Dutch/English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, business, or related field.
• At least seven years of experience in project coordination/management.
• Experience with digital transformation projects and new technologies.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Senior Project Coordinator – Projects that make mobility smarter.

Location: Antwerp or Rotterdam | International | Full-time.

• Connect stakeholders. Work closely with business teams, IT, and external partners, aligning everyone around shared goals—from strategy through implementation.

This is you

• You hold a master's degree in economics, business, or a related field, or you’ve built an equivalent level of expertise through experience.
• You have at least seven years of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role.
• You feel at home in digital transformation projects and enjoy working with new technologies.
• You easily switch between strategic thinking and operational execution.
• You confidently manage suppliers and challenge them when needed to achieve the best results.
• You bring structure, clarity, and calm to complex situations.
• You know how to bring people along with change—not by pushing, but by convincing and inspiring.
• You enjoy collaborating with others and communicate openly and directly.
• Experience with Prince2, or another project management methodology is essential.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
